An assistant you hand your thinking to has to earn it. Here is what we commit to, in plain language.
Chats, notes and documents belong to you. We don't sell them, we don't hand them to advertisers, and we don't train a public model on them.
We don't hand your data to large companies, or to the model providers themselves. We have said no to ChatGPT using any of it to help train their models, and Claude doesn't and hasn't asked.
When CHUD makes a factual claim from the web, it shows where it came from. When it isn't sure, it says so instead of guessing confidently.
Removing a chat removes it. Deleting your account removes the account and the data attached to it — not a hidden archive with your name on it.
One price page, no fake countdowns, no buried cancel button. Billing is self-service and you can leave from inside the app.
Where the rules are written down
Nothing on this page is a promise we keep off the record.
The Constitution states how CHUD is allowed to behave, the Privacy policy states what we store, and the Terms state what you and we owe each other. All three are public and written to be read.
No card, no commitment. Ask it something you'd actually want a real answer to and see whether it shows its work.
