Your work is yours
Chats, notes and documents belong to you. We don't sell them, we don't hand them to advertisers, and we don't train a public model on them.
The model companies process, they don't keep score
To answer you, your message goes to the company that runs the model you're using: OpenAI, Anthropic or xAI. They handle it under business API terms, and we send it nowhere else for advertising or resale. The privacy policy lists every service that touches your data.
Sources you can open
Deep research shows the pages it read, pinned to the claims they support. When it isn't sure, it says so instead of guessing confidently.
What delete removes
Removing a chat removes it. Deleting your account deletes the account and the records attached to it. Uploaded files are the one exception today: email us and we remove them by hand.
No fake timers
One price page and no fake countdowns. To cancel, use Plan & billing in the app or ask in Get help, and we stop the next renewal.

Sent means sent
When chud sends an email for you, the button shows who it went to, and pressing it again on that device won't send a second copy.

Delete is on every chat
Every chat has a menu with Delete.

Where the rules are written down
Nothing on this page is a promise we keep off the record.
The Constitution states how chud is allowed to behave, the Privacy policy states what we store, and the Terms state what you and we owe each other. All three are public and written to be read.
