Refund Policy · v1.1

Refunds

Cancel any time and keep what you paid for. If a charge is wrong, tell us and we fix it or refund it, back to the payment method you paid with.

The short version

Cancelling is easy, and nothing disappears early.

Stop your renewal any time. Plans bought before August 26, 2026 cancel from Settings → Plan and usage; for newer plans, ask in Get help or email us. You keep everything you paid for through the end of the period.

If something went wrong, we make it right.

Charged twice, bought by mistake, didn't get what you paid for — tell us through the support page and we'll fix your account or refund the charge.

Refunds go back the way they came.

A refund is issued by our payment processor back to the payment method you paid with. We never see your card details, so it can't go anywhere else.

Top-ups use the same door.

If a token top-up didn't land in your account, tell us and we fix it or refund it.

This summary is here to be readable, not to replace anything. The numbered sections below are the actual agreement.

1. Cancelling a plan

You can cancel any time. Plans bought before August 26, 2026 cancel from Settings → Plan and usage → Cancel subscription; for newer plans, ask in Get help or email support@gosparkk.org. Cancelling stops the next renewal: the next charge simply never happens.

Cancelling doesn't cut you off. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and then you move to the free plan. Your chats, files, and settings stay yours either way.

There's no cancellation fee and no retention maze. Cancelling is a normal thing to do, and the product treats it that way.

2. When something goes wrong

Some things shouldn't need a policy to fix: you were charged twice, you bought a plan by mistake, or you paid and didn't get what you paid for. If any of that happens, open a ticket on the support page or email us at the address below, from the email on your account, and tell us what happened.

We'll look at the charge and make it right — by fixing your account, or by refunding the payment. You won't have to argue for it.

3. How a refund is paid

Refunds are issued by our payment processor back to the payment method you paid with. We never see or store your full card details, so a refund can't go anywhere else.

When the refund is processed, we update your chud account to match. How quickly the money reappears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Top-ups

Token top-ups are one-time purchases, and they use the same door as everything else: if a top-up didn't land in your account, or you bought one by mistake, tell us and we'll fix it or refund it.

Tokens you've already used are used — we can't refund the part that's been spent.

5. Contact

Email support@gosparkk.org about any charge — a question, a mistake, a refund. A person reads that inbox.

Questions about any of this? Email support@gosparkk.org and a person will answer.
