Your rights#

Export your work
Your notes, chats and study work belong to you, and you can get them out a piece at a time — a chat or a research report exports to Google Docs, a knowledge base or workspace exports to Docs or Sheets. What does not exist yet is a single button that packages the whole account in one download. The policy is that you own your data; the honest state of the tooling is per-item export, not one-click export.
Delete everything
You can permanently delete your account and everything in it from Settings, then Account. It cannot be undone.
We never sell your data
We never sell an individual's data. Only anonymised aggregate trends are ever shared, and minors are excluded from any data sharing.

Minors#

  • Mature settings, including unfiltered language, are off by default and have to be switched on deliberately.
  • Full age verification is not built yet. Until it is, the conservative defaults stay on for everyone — that is the honest state of it, not a promise about what is checked.
  • No ads, no dark patterns, no manufactured anxiety, no engagement traps.

CHUD Mode#

CHUD Mode is genuinely unfiltered: blunt, crude, swears, no corporate padding. It is 18+, off by default, and selected per turn on purpose — the shortcut that cycles the other answer styles skips it, because a stray scroll over a control is not consent.

How the assistant handles ethics#

The model is instructed to answer first and reflect after: deliver what you asked for completely, then add brief, relevant context if there is any worth adding. It is not a refusal filter and it does not lecture before helping. It is also told not to fabricate, to say when it is uncertain, and to present real disagreement as disagreement.

Where that guarantee stops

These are instructions given to a language model, not constraints enforced in code. They shape behaviour reliably; they do not make it impossible for a model to be wrong or to state something confidently that is not true. Anything that matters — a grade, a deadline, a medical or legal question — should be checked against the cited source, and research reports link theirs for exactly that reason.

Guest mode#
